How To Use The Journal
Set a rhythm (5–15 minutes/day is enough).
Be honest — write what’s real, not what sounds “right.”
Repeat what works — if a prompt cracks something open, stay with it.

No. It’s for anyone who wants more calm, clarity, and inner steadiness — whatever your birth plan is.
When should I start?
Anytime in pregnancy. Many people start in the second or early third trimester, but it’s valuable even close to your due date.
Do I need experience with hypnosis or meditation?
No — but if you already practice relaxation or self-hypnosis, you’ll likely go deeper faster.
Can I use it with HypnoBirthing® classes?
